i don't agree. the periodic rules posts mysteriously weren't gated across.
somebody knew what was up and pretended they didn't after the fact.

yeah i certainly wouldn't mind it either if i knew it was reliable. i'd just
unsub the dovenet ham one because i see the posts near instant with
binkp+fidonet..
