Ralf,

RV> So sad to see HHL shut down. I had a lot of fun calling around
RV> the world. Back to Echolink or is there another service using
RV> VoIP to connect my Cisco phone?

You can use either HamsOverIP (hamsoverip.com) or AmateurWire
(amateurwire.org).

You submit the original copy of your ham radio license, plus
your name, callsign, email, phone number, and DMR ID if you
have one.

For those who don't have a "hard phone", you can use the
GroundWire app to set up a SIP account for either or both
on your iOS on Android phone. HamsOverIP users can contact
AmateurWire users, and vice versa. The nice thing is that
you don't have to give your landline or cellphone number
out over the air.

I'm on both, but I haven't used either one all that much.

Also, there is a $10 initial purchase fee for the Groundwire
app.
