  That's why I went with HamTestOnline. You are presented both the
questions AND the concepts. So, you're learning something, and NOT
just memorizing answers.

  It's a good thing that "Renewal" doesn't mean "Re-Testing".
Otherwise, the hobby would've died out long ago.
