 I completely forgot to check my ARRL Field Day Scores when they came out in
December.   Which shows how out of it I have been this past year.  So I guess
that should be a wake up call for me in 2026!  I mean what is the purpose of
competing in a contest if you don't care about the outcome..

This put me in 3rd place in Class 1D and Section out of 36 entrants.


463 in Class out of 4373 (that put us in the top 10% in Class!)

I have to be happy with these numbers!

How could I have done better?

Getting an antenna that I can TX and be heard on the low bands (40/80)...
Pushing myself to stay up later, or wake up earlier.
Work more digital!
Get on battery or commercial power.  Get those bonus points!
