Do you use fileboxes?  I only ask because you mentioned that you had to make
sure 
your batch file is correct.  Up until about 2 months ago, my fileboxes didn't
delete the 
files already sent, and it caused multiple duplication of messages being sent
out.

I think I have my between.bat file perfected now.  I see that there hasn't
been any 
duplication since.
