Been fighting with my :62323 port issue ever since that major AWS outage a
day ago. For now, I'm using :2323 (ie. bbs.f4fbbs.com:2323) as :23 was being
overrun by TW and CN in the 25 mins or so I was trying to get the BBS
accessible from the web portal and the proxy admin was unable to get a node
free to help me test.

Do I need to update anything for any admin? I know we use BINKP and my port
is non-standard and the admins have that avail already.
