I think you may have set a new record for setting it up so quickly. II started HobbyNet back when the nodes were connected via phone lines and modems. It was based in Miramar, Florida (Miramar bordered the county line between Broward and Dade counties.) I called it HobbyNet because my wife loved using Prodigy to post about cross-stitch, and when I dropped Prodigy, I felt I could start my own BBS for less money. Started with Mustang Software's Annihilator running in DOS. I was one of the first to switch to the Windows version because they offered it for a huge discount if you purchased it before it was even developed. I never regretted it. Anyway, thanks for joining and thanks for posting. Mike Dippel --- Platinum Xpress/Win/WINServer v7.0 * Origin: The Hobby Line!
