      6    Plum tomatoes; chopped
      1 sm Onion; fine chopped
    1/2 c  Chopped fresh cilantro
      2    Jalapenos; seeded, fine
           - chopped
      3 tb Lime juice
      1 tb Cilantro stems; fine
           - chopped
      1 cl Garlic; minced
    1/4 ts Salt
 
  In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients. Cover and
  refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.
