      Yield: 1 1/2 cups
 
      8 oz Cream cheese
    1/2 c  Dried cranberries; chopped
    1/2 c  Chopped dried apricots
      1 ts Grated orange zest
           Assorted crackers
 
  In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, cranberries,
  apricots and orange zest until blended. Chill until
  serving. Serve with crackers.
