      Title: Noodle Ring
 Categories: Pasta, Cheese, Breads
      Yield: 6 servings
 
    1/2 lb Cream cheese
      2 lg Eggs
    1/4 c  Sugar
      1 ts Salt
      3 c  Cooked medium noodles;
           - drained
      2 tb Dry bread crumbs
      3 tb Melted butter
 
  Cream the cheese with the eggs, sugar and salt.
  
  Stir in the noodles.
  
  Turn into a buttered 8 inch ring mold.
  
  Sprinkle with the bread crumbs and butter.
  
  Bake @ 375ºF/190ºC for 40 minutes or until browned.
  Unmold carefully.
