      Title: Sausage Manicotti
 Categories: Five, Pork, Pasta, Sauces, Cheese
      Yield: 7 servings
 
      1 lb Uncooked bulk pork sausage
      2 c  Cottage cheese
      8 oz Box manicotti shells
     24 oz Jar marinara sauce
      1 c  Shredded mozzarella cheese
 
  In a large bowl, combine sausage and cottage cheese.
  Stuff into uncooked manicotti shells. Place in a greased
  13x9-in. baking dish. Top with marinara sauce.
  
  Cover and bake @ 350ºF/175ºC 55-60 minutes.
  
  Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Bake until
  cheese is melted, 8-10 minutes longer. Let stand for 5
  minutes before serving.
