      Title: Chinese Chicken Salad

      Yield: 4 servings
 
      4 c  Coarse chopped Chinese or
           - napa cabbage
      2 c  Shredded red cabbage
      2 c  Shredded cooked chicken
      1 c  Shredded carrots
      4    Green onions; chopped
    1/4 c  Minced fresh cilantro
      3 tb Oil
      2 tb Sesame oil
      2 tb Rice vinegar
      2 tb Soy sauce
      1 ts Sugar
      1 cl Garlic; minced
      1 ts Minced fresh gingerroot
    1/4 ts Pepper
      1 c  Crispy chow mein noodles
      2 tb Sesame seeds; toasted
 
  In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a
  small bowl, whisk oils, vinegar, soy sauce, sugar,
  garlic, ginger and pepper. Pour over cabbage mixture;
  toss to coat. Sprinkle with chow mein noodles and sesame
  seeds.
