      Title: Mashed Potato Waffles

      3 tb Butter; melted
      2 tb A-P flour
      2 lg Eggs
      1 ts Dried minced onion
    1/2 ts (ea) salt, garlic powder &
           - pepper
      2 c  Mashed potatoes; w/o added
           - milk & butter
           Sour cream & minced chives;
           - opt
 
  Preheat waffle iron according to package directions. In
  a large bowl, whisk together first 7 ingredients until
  well blended. Add mashed potatoes; stir until thoroughly
  combined.
  
  Bake waffles according to manufacturer’s directions
  until golden brown. If desired, serve with sour cream
  and chives.
