      Title: Crisp Waldorf Salad

      Yield: 9 servings
 
      2 lg Green apples; chopped
      2 lg Red apples; chopped
    1/2 c  Chopped walnuts
    1/4 c  Sweetened shredded coconut
    1/4 c  Raisins
      1 c  Vanilla yogurt
      1 tb Honey
    1/2 ts Ground cinnamon
 
  In a large bowl, combine the first five ingredients. In
  a small bowl, whisk the yogurt, honey and cinnamon until
  blended. Pour over apple mixture; toss to coat.
  Refrigerate until serving.
