      Title: Wedge Salad w/Blue Cheese Dressing

      Yield: 6 servings
 
    2/3 c  Crumbled blue cheese
    2/3 c  Mayonnaise
    1/3 c  Sour cream
      2 ts Water
  1 1/2 ts Red wine vinegar
    1/8 ts Worcestershire sauce
        ds Cayenne pepper
      1 lg Head iceberg lettuce
      2 c  Chopped assorted tomatoes
      6 sl Bacon; cooked, crumbled
 
  In a small bowl, mix the first 7 ingredients. Cut
  lettuce into 6 wedges. To serve, top wedges with
  dressing, tomatoes and bacon.
