You have been playing a role you don't feel entirely comfortable with for
quite some time and now you must have the courage to step away from it and
away from people who benefit from your discomfort. Be ruthless, with them and
with yourself.

There will be a lot of disruption this weekend and most of it will come from
behind the scenes. That does not, however, mean you can afford to ignore it.
The world is changing in leaps and bounds and you must change with it or get
left behind.
