ok, except fidonet and huge companies with ldap directory support or an
windows global catalog ...
the default is ... save your contacts under contacts -> addressbook
crosspoint, a widely used pointprogram stores addresses in a user definable
addressbook instead of doing nodelist lookups .. and how processes qwk readers
addresses ?  grrr ...

let the users to enter wrong addresses instead of doing existing nodelist
lookups with probably correct addresses and spelling of the usernames is to
maximize unhappiness  =:D
