I bet software keyboard could help. Something like SlideIt or Swype. They
bring the new experience to information entry. Before they appeared I could
only use devices with hardware qwerty keyboard, but now entering words is
fast, you just have to slide your finger from letter to letter. 

Another way is to use Samsung (Wacom) s-pen to write on screen by hand, but
that's for people who can write well (not my case, at least in Russian, which
is my main language).

PS: sorry for offtopic, but the creation of hotdoged became possible when a
convenient way of entering information appeared. I don't find Twitter-style
dialogs useful for fidonet, so it's really important.
