I think the traffic for the per-message delivery will be the same as for nntp
running inside some encrypted tunnel (because of compression of the stream
made by encryption algorithm).

Sending arcmail over binkp is much more cost effective because of compressing
bundles rather then individual messages. 

Anyway, there are some thoughts about the implementation, I'll return to them
later.
