found this to be a problem on my side   :-P

ARCmail bundle intact
PKT's with 155K each intact
MSG file with 155K each intact

and the editor cuts the view   :-P

somewhere in the k-long config files an editmsgsize limit was still set for an
old dos editor ... and the limit never reached before   ;-&
grr ... problem identified, fixed    :)
