New version of HotdogEd is out.

What's new:

HotdogEd:
 - Groups description support: set group description from context menu
in group list.
 - Many bugfixes (including thread splitting when editing message in
drafts or outgoing).
 - Providers improvements (see providers details).

NNTP-provider:
 - Posting in any codepage fixed (thanks 2 Benny Pederson).

FTN-provider:
 - Origin and tearline aren't inserted into netmail to robots.
 - Boss node IP-address is determined from node 3d-address (via
binkp.net domain).
 - Compatibility with some tossers (like Partoss).
 - Station name for fido point - see server setup.
 - Unknown files received via ftn are now shown in a Toast after session.
 - Don't zip outgoing echomail setting (see server setup).
