seems to me that that applies only to POTS systems with no way for multiple
connections at once... when i was running multiline POTs, i allowed any
traffic on my system except for the last node on the ringdown huntgroup...
that way at least one system was guaranteed to be available for POTS
connections...

one really only need follow ZMH if they are not PVT... inbound connections can
be made private contract between one's links if so desired... why does
everything have to be delivered when one can easily go and fetch it once an
hour or once a day or some such? is it that critical that one get the latest
mail right now?? no... life has other things to do that are more important, ya
know?
