The tablet was brought to me with the software installed and it already
had a Russian point on it. It took me a minute to figure out how to change
that.

Unfortunately, the user is a newbie to Fido, so he had no clue of what to
do, but he was certain that he didn't want to be a Russian point and
wanted to know why he needed a password.

I was also frustrated by the device's time out with only a few seconds of
usage in-between. If I had a little more time with it, I could have
figured out how to turn that thing off.

I didn't get around to sending or receiving anything.
