if you claim its 7 bit when its not then it will fail, if you set it to utf it
will not work either, in jamnntpd use incomming to be converted in nntp to
unicode is fine, but thunderbird must still send out in latin-1 via nntp so it

hotdoged does not as i see it support full unicode yet :(

hotdoged should convert from charset map to unicode, and hotdoged should send
pr area what exporting charset its configured to use, just not unicode, as it
will not work on clients that use latin-1
