on my amiga there is spot, nearly olso with a dog image icon, he was at that
time one of the best amiga developper, and he still program today at scala.com

scala in amiga days was a multimedia system to make public info channels, it
runned nice on a amiga 500 with just 512K ram, but it was sugested to add
harddrive and 512k more ram, and the 68000 cpu was just a 7.14Mhz clocked :)

pc at that time had around 33Mhz cpu, but could not make it :)

when scala then begin port of this to pc hardware it was with complete own os
to pc hardware to make scala infochannel run smootly on pc, later versions
came without the scala os and begin runs smootly on any os, os2 in dos mode
