NB>> Yep. I grabbed the free fidonet provider for now for testing. I NB>> didn't think I needed the editor for read-only mode. Either way, NB>> after I installed the fidonet provider, it wasn't available in my NB>> installed apps whatsoever. Is that where the editor comes into NB>> play? SP> Yes, that's right. So now I have the provider as well as the editor. I've configured the editor as a point off my main system. I've double checked my point number to make sure everything was correct, and while the binkp connection seems to work fine, my tosser gives an error message stating: Importing (secure 20ced6b2.pkt (Type 2) from 13111:154/10 Grunged message I have this point set to Type 2 in my tosser's configuration, so I'm unsure as to why it's not reading the point information correctly. I'll have to play more with it later. :( Regards, Nick --- SBBSecho 2.27-Linux * Origin: thePharcyde_ telnet://bbs.pharcyde.org (Wisconsin) (1:154/10) |
