This echo offers support for the (Andriod) HotDogEd NNTP/FTN/Binkd 
Point software, written by Sergey Pushkin. Topics which are on-topic 
include the HotDogEd, included HotDogEd utilities (HotdogEd Fidonet Provider,
HotdogEd NNTP Provider etc.) 
Topics also may include discussion of operating system which HotDogEd
supports (Andriod operating systems) as far as how they relate to HotDogEd.
