if no microsd inserted, then hotdoged saves backup to internal emulated0
sdcard, where only internal filemanager can copy paste it to external sdcard

i had a hardware fail on external sdcard, that is fixed by reformating the
external sdcard


hotdoged works on "Denver TIQ-10203" tablet very stable
