Rob, author of SBBS, just commit a fix that will add the MSGID to the 
sbbsecho areafix response and allow hotdoged to receive these messages.

This confirm (as Carlos Navarro has detected) that hotdoged won't 
process incoming message whitout MSGID kludge

It would be great if the author of hotdoged can fix this bug.
