Here's another thing that I think is ill-conceived:

"Account Lockout After 5 attempts to login with invalid credentials,
the ipage account will be temporarily locked for 30 minutes"

Should somene just happen to guess my username and purposely goofs
around with the wrong password, my legitimate use of the account is
locked for 30 minutes. That's like industrial espionage.
