The current version of FireFox will not render (display) files downloaded via
FTP:
https://nakedsecurity.sophos.com/2020/03/23/firefox-is-dropping-ftp-support/

You can still download files, but those 00index.html files won't be useful to
use. Just click the files and folders like you would any other FTP server and
that should work fien.
