$25/month is excellent for the talk & text! I live in the states. We don't see
prices like that here. My wife pays $140 for 3 lines with Tmobile, and we're
able to use 1 of the lines in Canada (we visit there sometimes) without
roaming.

But customer support is important. If they leave you hanging because they
don't care, that's got to be part of the explanation for the low rates.

Aside from that one mishap, have they been good to you otherwise?
