At the end you get an email and a confirmation number.  Though the email 
states:

"Please note this is a confirmation of receipt only as your submission is 
still being processed. We will contact you by email if we require any further 
information or documentation.

Once your claim has been processed, you will be notified by email as well. 
Please be aware this process will take some time: cash payments to eligible 
claimants will be issued only after the Claims Review Deadline and no sooner 
than early 2022."

If I recall correctly I ended up at $249.  I could have entered more, but I 
really didn't want to go though the hassle of digging up old receipts for 
computers I've long thrown out.  (That I probably don't have the receipt for 
anyway).
