Ward made his first outgoing IPv6 connection on 8 dec 2018. He first accepted
an incoming IPv6 connection on Thursday 12 August 2021. But it was not stable
at first. By Monday 16 August 2021 the incoming connections were stable.

So from outgoing only to full two way connection took over two en a half years.
