It is not really news I'd say. Ans I suppose when push come to shove 1000::/4
coild also be used. And even 0::/4 with the exeption of 0::/64.

Many ISPs only offer a /48 to business accounts. For consumer accounts it is
often a /56. A /56 is plenty for most I'd say.
