And yet, I see many Russian sysops with naitive IPv6 in my list. Maybe you
should make more noise. O vote with the feet.

In that case you are ahead of us. Moblile oparetors are in the process of
converting, but the conversion is far from complete. Not many mobile devices
have an IPv6 adress yet.
