Russian internet is broken in 3 ways:
1. Every provider has to block a lot of websites via home made solutions with
bugs/problems/etc.
2. "TSPU"s (blocking devices) are installed all over the Russia and blocking a
lot of websites with many bugs in configuration/settings.
3. Roskomnadzor/MVD/FSB are "asking" transit opeertors to do additional
blocking.
All this mess leads to many network problems which are different in different
provider's networks.
Russia is soon gonna be worse than China.
Best regards,
dp.
