Hear, hear!

Still no luck with any federal providers here in Tomsk. Rumour has it some of
them can offer you some kind of tunnel (maybe its available for business
customers), but noone is offering anything as simple as native IPv6 on my
router's Ethernet interface.

Against this background, the "MTS" mobile operator is advanced. I have a
native IPv6 address from them on my Android phone (alongside with a RFC1918
IPv4 address).
