This report uses data from the last 7 days (relative to the time you access
this page) and compares it with the previous week.
I can extend the API to fetch this information with curl/python/perl if needed.
My idea is that checking for changes every day is too aggressive. But it's up
to you.. Correct me if I'm wrong.
