Actually on the VADV resources page there is a good tutorial on setting up
IRex. Most of the information would remain the same except for the actual
paths, what type of mailer you want to use (*.msg or FLO) and the semaphore.
(Synch uses fidoin.now and you'd set that in the ../data directory.
