it is my POSTIT tool... it posts text files as messages to MSG, JAM, SQU, HMB
and old EZY message base formats... when testing it back in the day, it was
easily able to post the entire nodelist to bases that supported that... i
don't recall if it would automatically break them into parts if the message
base had a per message size limit on it... i figure that the operator can make
more than one file with each part and give it his own chosen subject line per
part ;)
