Whenever I am linking with other nodes in multiple zones I always set the
session and pktpwd (if any) the same.

That way mail for both zones can flow in one session.

Mail will still flow in both zones when passwords are different but you'll
have to poll both zones independently and you may see these error messages in
the log for the other zone.
