That's a normal event, unless you're seeing this in a continuous screen
flashing by...in which case there is a config problem that Rex doesn't
like.

Rex uses *.0 files to tell itself that there is activity being processed.
rexup.0 tells rex not to load a 2nd time because it is already running.
rexbusy.0 tells rex to wait for an event to finish before it starts
another. i.e. you shouldn't be saving or backing up these files anywhere
that rex can find them.
PS - what does the /q flag do in a DOS delete command?
