Crash-to 1:387/20

Crash-to 3:712/848
Route-to 3:712/848.0 3:*
The Hold keyword would hold mail for the recipient to fetch.
The Crash-to keyword would send mail directly.
The Route-to keyword would send mail to all Zone3 nodes, routed through
3:712/848...
