I believe 2.29 is still the "official" release.  2.13 was only made
(technically) availeble to those of us in the Internet Rex beta team, however,
I MIGHT be wrong.  I have seen the 2.31 archive released elsewhere, but I 
would
 not download it myself from any site other that Charles' beta FTP server.
