Frankly Joe, I doubt that there is or ever was a 'beta' team working on
Irex...in any case, the following FTP site doesn't respond.

ftp://xanadu.v-wave.com/irex/ it's dead.

ftp://cruden.ca/irex is still there, but you can't access the 'beta'
folder...
