Yes. It is specifically named in ReadMe_hpt.txt located in the root directory
of the current sources on github.

The ones you list above are similar, but not what I'm looking for. The one I
was looking for took information stored in the husky tools "fidoconfig" and
created a working jamnntpd.groups file out of it.

Either way, I ended up doing it all manually as I didn't think I'd see the
file any time soon. Thanks for taking a look for it, though!
