Here I am with more questions...

I have setup the news client to use UTF-8 as the encoding to be used, but
when I post a message the CHRS kludge is being set as “UTF-8 2”, when it
was supposed to be “UTF-8 4”, as per FTS-5003.

Is this an issue with the JamNNTPD’s UTF-8 xlat or is the client’s fault?
