It shouldn't be too hard, there are only a few changes. Most of the lines in
the patch deal with cfg_ipaddr which can be ignored, because it's not in
Jamnntpd 1.3.

If you are successful, it would be cool if you could share the diff and maybe
we could get it into the jamnntpd repo.
