Hello everybody.

 I have been using JAMNNTPD 1.3 in my system for a while, and am using Newstap
as a client for IOS.

 Regarding character set, we normally use LATIN-1, which goes as iso-8859-1,
and I am struggling to configure the jamnntpd.xlat to have it working fine.

 Would you have any examples? I can share my jamnntpd.xlat if needed.
